The cause of the fault is determined as follows: the stainless steel heater is in the maintenance period of about 7 months, the fine sediment in the water is deposited on the inner tube wall of the tube bundle, the blockage area of the tube wall is formed by the appearance of dirt isolation, and the oxygen concentration is greatly reduced. Under the conditions of temperature and pH value, sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) grow and breed in the blocked area of the inner wall of the pipeline, and their large numbers cause serious corrosion of the pipeline, and eventually lead to pipe perforation and leakage.
